The My Voice Media Center is a program of the Arts Consortium, in collaboration with the Tulare County Health and Human Services Agency - Mental Health Branch, the City of Visalia, and the California Arts Council, with the support of the Tulare County Board of Supervisors.

The My Voice Media Center is an innovative outreach and advocacy hybrid program. We are located in the center of Visalia's Arts District, housed in the Arts Consortium (Tulare County's designated Arts Council).
