The My Voice Media Center offers FREE art sessions for adults with lived experience with mental health struggles, as well as their families, friends, and support systems.

The My Voice Media Center is a project of the Arts Consortium, in collaboration with the Tulare County Health and Human Services Agency - Mental Health Branch, the City of Visalia, and the California Arts Council, with the support of the Tulare County Board of Supervisors.

The My Voice Media Center is an innovative outreach and advocacy hybrid program. We are located, in the center of Visalia's Arts District, housed in the Arts Consortium (Tulare County's designated Arts Council).
