In finding my way out of darkness, I found myself teaching an anger management class at the woman's prison. Searching for peace myself, I taught them what I was learning about finding inner peace. These Sacred Women Behind Bars asked me to write this book and share the teachings with the world. To honor these women and myself I am gifting the world with the CALM Class teachings.
